Burak Çizmeci has been working as a postdoctoral researcher at Robotic Systems Lab since November 2017. Previously, he completed his Ph.D. in the Chair of Media Technology, the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the Technical University of Munich, Germany. His research focuses mainly on the design & implementation of novel multi-modal human-robot interfaces for the teleoperation of construction and search & rescue robots. Furthermore, he works on the efficient communication of the multimodal information between the human operator and the remote teleoperator robots.
