Dillenburger
Benjamin Dillenburger is Professor of Digital Building Technologies at ETH Zurich, Switzerland. His work focusing on programmed digital geometry and 3D printing has attracted international attention for calling classical paradigms into question and employing digital design and fabrication technologies in design and construction. 3D architectural printing is one key areas of research where his team focuses on investigating the performance and tectonic possibilities of high-resolution additive manufacturing. This field of investigation has strong potential to make significant contributions to new methods of digital fabrication and to the future of architectural construction as a whole.
