Sihui
Wu
Sihui Wu graduated from the University of Stuttgart with a Bachelor degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. After her studies, she practiced as an architect and co-founder in intercultural contexts. In 2023, she completed her Master of Science in Integrated Building Systems at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH Zurich). During the studies, she developed strong interests in sustainable buildings, industrialized construction and technology adoption. Her semester project and master thesis focused on human-robot interaction in the construction industry.
In May 2023, Sihui joined the NCCR Digital Fabrication as a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology, Department of Management, Technology, and Economics.
Arbeitsthema
Current research topics meet at the intersection of technology and humanity: How will AI and robotics impact the today and future of work in architecture and construction? How should these technologies be designed and implemented to interact with people? What are the strategic implications for the education and training of architects and craftsmen?
