Abstract
Are we really ready for the new normal? In order to establish the New Normal in organisations in a sustainable manner, the recent work culture must be examined. A project of the HR panel New Work of the OST - Ostschweizer Fachhochschule is currently investigating how sustainable and gender-appropriate the work cultures in the various sectors are currently positioned. The aim is to develop tools that allow for a gender-appropriate New Work Culture. The results show that there are great differences between sectors and that the supposed New Work instruments are not only for the benefit of the employees.
