D-ARCH's Parity Group wins Prix Meret Oppenheim

This year, the Swiss Grand Prix Art/Prix Meret Oppenheim has shone a spotlight on a topical issue by honouring the collective Parity Group. The Parity Group is a grassroots initiative that originated at the Department of Architecture (D-ARCH) at ETH Zurich. We consider the work of the Parity Group essential for the department as it provides a platform for debate and action on issues such as parity, diversity, inequality and institutional critique. For this reason, the NCCR DFAB has supported the D-ARCH Parity Group since 2015, especially for the Parity Talks that take place every year on International Women's Day on 8 March. The NCCR DFAB will continue to support the group in 2023 with a workshop and sponsorship to make the annual event possible.
