Foundation of the ETH Spin-Off MESH

NCCR DFAB alumni Ammar Mirjan has now founded MESH with Mattis Koh and Daniel Dugas. MESH combines formwork and reinforcement in a single robot-manufactured construction system and reduces waste in the manufacture of non-standard concrete structures. The Mesh Mould technology, developed within Gramazio Kohler Research and funded by the NCCR Digital Fabrication, enables the fabrication of complex and structurally efficient geometries at no additional cost.
