Friends and Family Day

Over the weekend, the Arch_Tec_Lab opened its doors to friends and family of the members of the NCCR Digital Fabrication. It was an opportunity to make digital fabrication accessible across generations: The youngest visitors were carried in a sling, the oldest just had their 85th birthday. Tours of the IDL were offered and various demos were conducted. There was a wood assembly demonstration in the Robotic Fabrication Lab and questions could also be asked in the new Zero Carbon Building Systems Lab. The event was accompanied by games and a delicious BBQ.
