NCCR DFAB Sustainability Workshop

At the latest NCCR DFAB Sustainability Workshop, researchers immersed themselves in the world of sustainability in digital fabrication. The aim of the workshop was to provide participants with the knowledge and tools they need to integrate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) into their projects. Participants carried out their own LCA or analysed the link between their work and the LCA and presented their results to the group. Guest lecturer Dr Rebekka Volk (Karlsruhe Institute of Technology) provided insightful feedback on the presentations and shared her expertise on measuring and optimising the environmental impact of digital fabrication.
