Fernando Ceña is currently working at the Computational Design Department at Meis Architects New York. Upon completing the MAS in Architecture and Digital Fabrication at ETH Zürich he joined Gramazio Kohler Research collaborating in the Augmented Bricklaying project for a winery façade in Kitrus, Greece. He holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Technical University of Madrid and from Columbia University, GSAPP. He is currently involved in the digitalization phase for the new stadium for FC Everton in Liverpool and other sport arenas in the US and Europe, automating workflows and using simulations to optimize the design and performance of components like building envelopes and structures.
