Yolanda Ziltener was a Robotics Fabrication Lab (RFL) intern technician for a 6 month term in 2026. With her skills and knowledge from a polymechanic background, Yolanda brought industrial experience and technical knowledge to her work. In this role Yolanda worked with both the RFL technicians and DFAB researchers, to support research, help resolve technical challenges, and to make and fabricate solutions and parts that are useful for others. As part of the Women in Robotics diversity initiative, her engagement also sought to bring greater diversity to the technical team within the RFL and the greater field at ETH Zurich.
