Organisation
The NCCR Digital Fabrication’s organisational structure aims to foster research collaborations and innovation while supporting programmes of transfer and communications to both internal and with external partners.
The NCCR Digital Fabrication is led by the Direction, which is composed of the NCCR’s Director, Deputy Director and Managing Director. The Direction is supported by the Management Team in the execution of programmes and by the Steering Committee in the development of research strategy.
Two other Consulting Bodies support the Direction: The industry Advisory Board is composed of representatives from key industries, and the ETH Partnership Council for Sustainable Construction and Digital Fabrication is an external review board that consults on the granting of ETH Foundation project funding in this research domain. Together they provide strategic advice on all matters of Knowledge and Technology Transfer (KTT).
In terms of its key activities, the NCCR Digital Fabrication is divided into three areas: research, education and transfer.
