Short bio
Dr. Sandra Berenbold is the CEO of the energy factory in St. Gallen – a boutique consulting company for leadership and change management. Besides her day-to-day experience with enabling leaders and organizations for the new work transformation, she did her PhD in Leadership & Economics at the University of St. Gallen. Before she came to Switzerland, she was working in China for 5 years as an automotive consultant for digital transformation and new mobility services with the Volkswagen Group China.

Nora Keller

Short bio
Nora Keller, PhD, is a postdoc research fellow and project manager at the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI), which is part of the Research Institute for International Management at the University of St. Gallen (FIM-HSG). At the CCDI, she provides consulting on D&I questions to companies and organizations. In particular, she specializes in qualitative analysis methods such as interviews and focus groups to assess inclusion culture. Nora Keller received a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University in 2017.
