NCCR DFAB at the World Economic Forum 2022

NCCR DFAB professors Benjamin Dillenburger and Daniel Hall and their extended teams exhibited at this year's World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos.

At this year's World Economic Forum, Prof. Dillenburgers model of the White Tower of Mulegns, soon to be world’s tallest 3D-printed structure, was featured in ETH's RETHINKING LIVING Pavilion. The White Tower is a demonstrator project of research supported by the NCCR Digital Fabrication, involving architects and civil engineers.

The"no1s1" prototype presented by Hongyang Wang, a researcher in the Chair of Prof. Daniel Hall was also shown. no1s1 (pronounced “no one’s one”) is the first blockchain house and was made possible by an ETH research grant.
