FT3: Digital Construction Site
Construction sites are challenging for both man and machine. They are often busy, unstructured and potentially dangerous. The dynamic nature of on-site work poses huge challenges for robots and other digital processes. Digital Construction Site aims to bring autonomous robots onsite, how to deal with issues of localisation and precision, implementation and safety, and how new on-site technologies may change in-situ building practice.
