Romana Rust is an architect, researcher and now Lead Computational Geometry at vysn. She holds a degree in architecture from Graz University of Technology and graduated 2012 with honours. Since 2013 she is working at Gramazio Kohler Research, ETH Zurich, completed her Ph.D. in 2017 and was a postdoctoral fellow until 2022. Her particular interest is the development of innovative computational approaches that integrate design, materiality and fabrication.
Since 2022 Romana has worked at vysn - a company developing computational design tools for architecture and sustainable construction.
